Opened in 2014, Chefs Lee Gregory of Alewife and Joe Sparatta of Heritage joined forces with local farmer Matt Gottwald to create Southbound. The menu is a collaboration between Chefs Gregory & Sparatta, using locally sourced ingredients to create a seasonal, approachable menu which is designed to delight guests of all kinds. Southbound Market, a retail store filled with grab & go food options and items from local Richmond area makers.
