Sen Organic - Small Plate

Description

"Sen" means "lotus flower" in Vietnamese. The meaning of the lotus flower is one that resonates with us: "Its roots are in muddy water, but the lotus flower rises above the mud to bloom, clean and fragrant." The universality of this definition is one that inspired Sen to use only the freshest and pure ingredients - organically grown. Our love for organic, healthy food and our roots in Vietnamese culture have been a guiding force behind Sen. We use only organic and all-natural ingredients and products. The reasoning behind our choice to be organic is simple - the overall well-being of our customers is our main concern and thus becomes the foundation from which we make every decision in our restaurant. We do this all in hopes that the benefits of organic nutrition echoes throughout the remaining areas of their lives.
